What's going on is the intake manifold is water cooled, the gasket on the pipes are leaking and anti freeze is leaking into the whole engine
And as you prob know anti freeze is highly flammable and explosive in large amounts

Ford had a problem with cars exploding a few years ago

Make sure your air filter is converting air into water then back to air for maximum cold air into the engine

theres a water separator filter in the exhaust manifold, I would check there

VG30DE/TT manifolds have coolant channels.

It's actually one of the first mods suggested, to plug the coolant lines haha
The idea is to help heat the intake charge on cold start ups so it idles better.

Ends up overheating your charge and causes detonation.

Still better than the EGR on the 6.0, 6.4 and early 6.7L trucks...

I'll take DEF before regen cycles on a dpf setup.
