sooooo from now on i'm just gonna walk into the back of auto auctions and pretend i work there lols.

you were born in 2014?!? goddamn you're a smart baby. really though thats a crazy coincidence lols. cars are such a big part of our lives and i think that sentiment is lost on a lot of people these days.

yeah I learned how to drive at 6 days old too. dad says I'm a prodigy.

lmao but for real, stuff like that is awesome.

ended up selling that car to the American Top Gear show, if anyone's seen the "weekend warrior" episode, with adam in a baja bug, Rutledge in a Subaru, and tanner in a miata, that was my baja bug.

disclaimer: no, it was NOT that hideous orange color when I owned It, and yes, it would "break down" sometimes, but it was just vapor lock from the fuel filter being too close to the headers sometimes (which I told them about, but didn't fix before the show)

/e funny story, one of my exes apparently still tells the story of how she lost her virginity in a car that ended up on tv LOL

This is very true. My wife's entire family treats vehicles as disposable transportation. They are lucky to get washed twice a year with Dawn and a nylon brush. They all have peeling clear coat (see previous sentence) and body damage from general carelessness.

Her little brother pissed on his best friend's car once and couldn't understand why he got mad at him. He said "It's just a car." People like that make me sad.

Luckily the only daughter turned out to be a car person. She was dating a Honda guy when i met her. Poor girl.

lol. traded up to a v8 guy with taste and knowledge. could of been worse though...there are bergs in this world lols.

Yeah you could say I showed her the light. I was 3 years younger than the Honda guy and had my Formula running 11's. His turbo B18 EG hatch ran 13.0 on slicks. She jokes about having to humor him when he would brag about his car. She couldn't take him seriously even though they dated 2 years haha.
