what would the kit even include? the 4bt is a beyond simple swap

and doesn't a 4bt get amazing fuel economy?

Motor mounts, a few misc brackets for things that need to move slightly, and depending on the year a bell housing and transmission mounts.

Other than that, so long as you stick with the older 1 wire motors it's pretty much a weekend project. The newer Common Rail 4bt's take a little more effort.

Okay, so I've done a ton of research and test drives. You guys are pretty much bang on about the jeep stuff. That being said...this dude is going to sell me the pictured Wrangler for 2,200.

130,000
4cyl
no hard top
4x works well
Automatic :(

I plan on having my mechanic look at it to see if he's hiding something, but the price seems stupid low.

Any thoughts

/e soft top is included with full doors

Especially one that's an automatic. If you at least have a clutch you can get some torque out of the Jeep 4 banger.

yeah yeah,

i passed on it.....

I'm only buying an automatic because my wife wants to at least have the option of driving it, and i will NOT endanger my marriage enough to teach her to drive a manual. Going to look a a 95 Sahara with 98k "stock" miles tomorrow.

any ideas on the price if:

the frame is clean
