yea. for now its not squealing.

Im just hoping he simply forgot to lube some part while installed the kit at first.

we'll see. The true test is after my commute to work, with a lot of stop and go in traffic..

i dont really know what hes greasing that would fix it but hopefully whatever he done fixes it for you. i put a brand new clutch in my 91 nissan 4x4 and 25 miles later i had to pull it back apart to replace the throwout bearing. i dont remember what brand the clutch was probably whatever napa had at the time its been about 15 years ago.

yea just have to get a few more hundred of miles to elminate shudder on 1st gear / reverse.

im at 350 miles and its still a bit present. Literally have to relearn how to shift with my car.

well the noise has come back. I'm scared ill have to sleeve the input shaft where the TOB sits.

weill get the car to the mechanic next week. To be continued.

oh man sounds like what he did was a temp fix... sleeving the input shaft might also cause some wear problems IMO, if its not done 100% accurately the sleeve will deteriorate and all that shit ends up everywhere.... i'd be careful with that option too.

although the last option is probably a new input shaft or trans... yikes
