i love the area im in, most of the people are fine.

taxes suck, political stuff i dont really like and some laws/regulations

but honestly theres nothing right now that would make me leave

I'll bet that the taxes aren't that far off from me here in Harris County.

Shit... I pay 14k/year for a god damn house in the city... It's nothing fancy. Slightly above average house/lot for the area
