outdoor cats can be picked up by animal shelter whether someone claims them or not, does she have each of them registered? If not call animal shelter and get those fucks out. They also have to be spayed I believe if they are domestic outside cats

That depends on where he lives. Where I'm sitting right now once they cross my property line I can kill on sight, collar or not. The owner can watch if they choose. It makes no difference. Remind me to never move to whatever hell hole you live in.


For your situation I would recommend open Tupperware containers of ammonia placed at all 4 corners of the car. They really hate it. I can vouch that it is very effective.

spray them with water whenever you see them

also if they are making scratches in your car, thats damage to your property, and they cats can be considered "pests"
