It's that mentally that would let it pass. It's better to speak out to show how many people would be up in arms to fight for what they love, rather than sit back assuming it won't happen while watching it happen. Then later wonder how it passed.

EPA has been overstepping their shit for a long time, and now they are pushing into something they may regret.

theyre fixing to go back to the supreme court over the clean air act because they are trying to strongarm poor farmers in west virginia who happen to fall into the chesapeake bay watershed. the supreme court seems like they are getting tired of the epa overstepping they have been slapping them down lately.

The EPA is unconstitutional and has no authority to do basically everything it does.
