Learn how to drive your car and learn your limits, then go ahead and start modding once you know you don't have a lemon.
my first performance mods would be: intake, downpipe, tune (probably your best bang for your buck I would guess)
cosmetic: coils, wheels
I'd go with the cosmetic for the first few years (cuz warranty), then start the performance shit years down the line. But don't get too far ahead of yourself. Best to save some research/anticipation for when you actually have the car, and are ready to start doing mods.
also, don't believe the idiots on the forums who say they gained 50+whp with "just a tune", usually always means they turned up the boost or some other stupid shit that they don't wanna own up to, to make the gains look huge.
