someone shouldve mentioned to you (in case you didnt know) that you always have the vehicle warmed up to operating temperature, then cycle around through the gears, then check the trans fluid level. i hope you werent checking it when it wasnt fully warmed up.

They do that at our local Sonic, and it really frustrates the fuck out of me.. Me and the wife were getting some malts and I wanted to fuck with them, so I backed my 2015 CRV up beside them, popped the hood open and started poking around them, asking random questions...

Leading towards this. Transmissions commonly lose reverse first before taking a complete dump. Tell her to accelerate slooooooowly.

Most likely it needs fixed ASAP.
