I want an M3 but its so hard to find an automatic, im done with manual lol

Im even considering getting just a regular car, as in something under 300hp, but I cant really find anything that looks nice to me

I really wish my transmission wasnt going, I just found a 2009 335i with 67k miles for $16.7k but I feel like there is something terribly wrong with it, and none of the mods I have will be interchangable because its the N55 instead of N54

Going to keep looking for a M3 I guess

might go check this one out, an M3 at carmax LOL?

$33,998 \ 58k miles

what ride686 said is correct.

Its not that hard to find a manual e92 especially 2009 onwards. Out of 8299 lci e92 m3 in north america, 5771 is made in DCT, 2528 is made in manual.

It just so happen DCT will be priced more because the manual market is harder so they have to price it lower to able to sell it. Clean and good DCT m3 gets snapped faster.

Are you ready for the warranty and maintenance headache for m3 over warranty? Maintenance is piece of cake but you don't wanna fix this car if something bad happens, a lot of rod bearing problems especially with the 10-60 synthetic oil they use, which can cause the engine to blow.

I have a 2013 M3, its fun for sure tho.

considering op is considering trading in his car because he can't afford to fix it, yeah i'd say he can't afford the maintenance of an M3

Tranny downshifts really hard to first, sounds like someone is kicking it with steel boots. Also goes into limp mode randomly with transmission overheating warning. I figure I can get rid of it now while it still runs perfect within 100 miles, and upgrade for under $200/month to a much better car, and lower payments.

There is literally no reason for me not to trade it in. 105k miles and im paying $385/mo with around $1500 owed. I can get in a 2011 with 180/mo payments with under 50k miles

I havent put more than $1000 in repairs or maintenence on my car either so I really win all around in the end.
