I did end up buying it. I want a quality toolbox that will last me for quite awhile and this looks like it will for sure and I can sell it for what I paid for it in the end.

How does any toolbox not last...are you throwing tools at it and slamming every drawer every time or sone thing?

No, but things tend to wear if they are used a lot and have a lot of weight in them.
