Does it have ignition coils or spark plugs?

Coil on Plug ignition (COP). Now what that means is, the coil is ontop of the plug. The name of the system itself is pretty explanatory.

This has been a bit of a pain. It's been negative temps since it started up so I didn't wanna deal with it. Brought it to a shop, they drove it a couple times and it ran perfect.. drove it for a day and it started to die at idle/while stopping. However if I kept it above 1100 engine ran smooth.
Started this morning and it had the same issue as described before.
Running rough, sputtering exhaust, and exhaust was a little gassy. It continues to run like shit regardless of rpm range.

Seems like the first issue seems to point towards iacv, and second more so spark. Does that seem reasonable?
The vans at mileage where both should be addressed regardless, but it's be nice to actually figure out what's actually happening.

IAC

O2 sensors wouldn't hurt. Try the cheapest stuff first.

I might try the 02's first. Most vehicles run too lean in the cold and it sounds like you are running really rich.

I gotta go look now.

LMFAO There are some prime pictures in my old imageshack account.

P.S. It was yellow. Yellow = 100hp, blue only 30hp

Pretty sure this car cost me 250 bucks when I bought it. It had air bag suspension when I got it but every time you turned left the left front wheel would come off the ground (no LSD) so I had to take it off and sell it on craigslist for 80 bucks! Blew a transmission right after I bought it. Got a used one on *** for 20 dollars, cost 40 dollars to ship it to my house.
This poor car ended up in its grave about 8 months after I bought it. We figured out how to do reverse wheelies over a speed bump. Third time was the charm and shot both strut towers up through the unibody in the rear. Sold it for 200 bucks after it was all said and done LOL

By far the best car I've ever had in terms of money spent and fun had.

Would bad spark cause a poor combustion thus having fuel in exhaust? Just curious
Cleaned the iacv and throttle body today.
Was running rough again but fixed itself before I started working on it and still ran fine after I cleaned it so can't really tell if that did much. But it was probably needed. Was fairly gunked up.
Pulled a plug, looks like it's time, but I'm not an expert.
