I have a hard time tig welding. I shake to much :(

I'm fine with arc welding if I cut the sticks in half and mig I can do very well because I can usually rest my hands on the piece i'm welding.

That sucks. Some of our welders at work shake (alcoholics) but as soon as they strike an arc their hands go perfectly steady. It's crazy.

We have a millwright in my area that trembles, I wouldn't even call it shaking. His nickname is rattlesnake. Somehow he manages to work on one of the most delicate pieces of equipment in our entire plant. He employs a lot of tricks, like dipping the head of all his allen wrenches and screwdrivers in a tub of grease to hold the screw in place.

I asked him if he drinks. He said no. I told him he should probably start, it might smooth things out.

I'm from Wisconsin so I'm not an Alcoholic. Just normal. which in Texas is considered an Alcoholic... However, i was born with it. Its a hereditary thing that runs in my family. My left hand is bad and my right hand is manageable. Fine for arc and mig, Horrible for Tig where I hold the gun with my left... I can however stick a tig stick to a piece of metal faster than anyone

im running the same turbo hy35 9cm^2 housing it cant flow 500hp it only pushes about 50-54 lbs/min, you need an 8 blade hx35 14 or 16cm housings to flow above 60-65 lbs/min
