Yeah, I can imagine. KB's have an awesome sound to them, only one I liked better was the ported Eaton with the cog setup on it. That sounds awesome. The Whipple is to quiet for me, makes me go plenty fast, but to quiet

This dude is a joke... "my car is bone stock except...." your car isn't stock dickwad. That's like me saying my car is bone stock except for a fully built and forged bottom end, 2.3l Whipple on top, full exhaust, cat-less, built IRS, coil overs, 6 piston front, 4 Poston rear big brake kits, and tons of supporting mods, but yeah, my car is stock.

hey it has the factory body. that makes it a factory car.

God dam... this man has a point... and probably still has the stock rims with those super awesome stock tires on them, so yeah, his car is stock

Its so funny how when someone has a logical answer everyone just puts their tails in between their legs and tldr's.

It's not even an answer. It's a tangent. A cai and catback WILL increase power if either of the stock pieces they replace are a restriction.

No need for 47 paragraphs of ITT tech educated rambling.

Exactly. There are plenty of cars with dyno results proving gains over 20 RWHP.
And his "educated" argument leaves out some pretty big portions of physics.

Like always

I skimmed it whilst on the shitter

3-4 psi burst after going WOT? No. The manifold is under high vacuum and will only reach 0kpa if the intake tract is completely unrestricted. There is no way it will ever see boost under normal circumstances. What magic forced pushes air into a hole at greater than atmospheric pressure? Maybe a direct ram air setup at 250mph...
