It competes with the mustang and challenger. They actually handle really well for what they are. It's on par or better than the mustang depending on options etc even with the extra 300lbs.

yeah the camaro handles better than the mustang from all the reviews, not as fast, but respectable in the handling department.

why do people here hate cheap turbo econo boxes, especially ones that hold their own in the performance category also? Is there a problem with daily driving one putting a few mods on and having a pretty quick cheap DD, that still gets great mileage. I mean I love the vette, and other cars but, dailying a vette was not fun at all to me, felt bad doing it, plus it wasn't the most comfortable car made. The heat from the tranny plus the non bolstered seats make it meh to DD.

If this car does come out I see a potential new car to replace my fiat 500 as DD.

or... I bought a well built cheap 4 cyl DD? I get 40 mpg city driving in my fiat with ac on. Serves why I bought it very well. I could understand trying to put me down over it if it was my only vehicle but..... It's not try again and harder this time around.
