Ouch gl on the new motor

Did I miss somewhere that you lost oil pressure?

- If so, yeah, new motor.

But if you still have oil pressure, regardless if it sounds like a diesel or not, I'd drive it til it blows.

My 4.0 is getting pretty loud, but damn if she doesn't keep on clangin' away.

Nothing wrong with having a back up motor.

But I just didn't want to see you pull a "working" motor.

Pulling these motors isn't super fun. I know in a Wrangler it sucks.

I'm not married and I don't have kids but my lady got to sit on the side of the road for 20 minutes in the stock bronco once and I knew it was when, not if and it let go on her

That's how she got a new truck lol,

I gave her a hard time about being a truck killer

But really, I was happy to put a new motor in it hahaha

It's the wife's car so all she needs to do is drive the kids to school and go to class . Longest trip is 5 miles max round trip to the kids school . I'd just like to have peace of mind for her car

It will take me a couple of weeks to scrounge up the money for the engine anyways
