Coming into an old thread, but ill park my two cents in. Basically your motor has different wires for different windings, and I'm assuming that the actuator for the sprayer is tied into the wiper motor some way or another through the MFS. Anyways, lets say three wires, each one in different spots in the windings. One is tapped close to the core of the motor, causing your 12v supply to feed it much more direct, and so on.
If your motor only works on high, and the cam doesn't work to stop the rotation in the correct spot, than the motors busted. The one you have coming will fix the issue, guaranteed.
