For the 99th time the super stock dart was not a car that anyone could walk in a dealership and buy. It is in a separate category.

actually you could buy it. It was technically called a Hurst hemi LO23 Dart.

They built 80 to qualify for super stock class. 50 went directly to individuals that raced. That leaves 30. One dealership in chicago ordered 13. That leaves 17. These were bought before any joe dirt saw the option code on a build sheet.

They were delivered in primer and were not street legal. So tell me again how it is the fastest production car and anyone could go buy one?
