not trying to thread jack here, but my stereo was already set up like that.. think i may just look into getting a sub/maybe upgrading my speakers.

just change the head unit, it will goa long way.

when I changed mine on my 2010, It got REALLY better, and I found out my stock speakers were just fine lol.

no one "gets used to" a honda sound, they simply just deal with iit because of a twin scroll turbo.
