I could be wrong but for the plug to get hot enough to melt together it would have to be lean as shit im thinking.. Either way like FMX said it could be that the plug is actually getting smashed shut.
Have you noticed any metal shavings at all? Try to look at the top of the piston through the sparkplug hole with a flashlight and check for dings or scratches.
Let us know what happens with the new plug if nothing else I guess..
Edit- and like IBOT said they all should be brown not white/silver so you may have a fuel/air issue
Yup, you're exactly right.
I'll take a look tomorrow night for metal shavings, I didn't notice any during the day, and when I put a magnet down the hole, nothing pulled back, and it was a fairly strong magnet.
I'll pull the new plug tomorrow evening, see if there's anything on it.

Like a brand new silver color? Or pure white? White isn't good
should be a golden Brown type color.
Brand new silver, the sheathe is white, not the plug itself. The sheathe came in a white color
The tip is golden brown ish color, yes. The other plugs look regular, with a bit of browning from the spark, of course.
