Eclipse - DSM. Mitsubishi reliability is among the worst in the automotive world.

Prelude - FWD. I'd never dump money into anything FWD personally. If you want to leave it stock and use it to get groceries then it's a fine vehicle.

RX7 - Bro tax + Rotary. Cars are kind of cool, but not nearly cool enough for the price tag that comes with them. And if you get one, make sure you have several thousand dollars in reserve so that you can rebuild the engine every 80k miles.

I would give you suggestions, but there is no pattern to what kind of vehicle you are looking for here. I mean, you have 1 FWD, 1 AWD, and 1 RWD. What exactly are you looking for?

sorry I am not too specific on what exactly I am looking for.. When I say I am up in the air about it the reason being is I have previously owned 2x 92 honda hatch's, 92 or 93 (can't remember) acura legend 4 door, 95 firebird, and 04 mustang. so I am kinda back and forth and I am always up to try new cars by any means. The three car's I said were just one's from recently looking that caught my attention and was trying to see how other people felt about them that probably have more car knowledge than myself.

If you want a cool project do a fc rx7 with a LS swap, they are cheap for nice nice bodies, around 2-3k for a nice bodied car. A full LS swap in a car like this is going to run $10,000 or so including the car and everything you will need(this is a real high end estimate I came up with when researching the possibility for me to do it)

Could do a Miata with a LS swap also.
