imo - I'd double check with a dealer and see if Subbie makes a model with the turbo 2.0L boxer engine with auto tranny.  Maybe I'm wrong but I thought it was available now.

You buy anything sporty and with a turbo it will have slightly less reliability. As for a Subaru, their isn't many cars for the price I'd consider more reliable.

My friend's sti hit 200k recently, and he has more mods than I can count on my fingers and toes. It only broke down once since he bought it in high school. They are strong cars.



I would go with the fusion though. They are nice looking fords
