you can tell most of these people dont know how insurance works. he clearly stated someone hit his friend in his car after crossing lanes of traffic yet so many people keep saying your insurance wont pay for it when its the other drivers insurance that has to pay.

Yeah he doesn't even have to file a claim... his insurance company should negotiate with the at fault driver's company though.

No reason to swerve, he was seen on his phone, crossed the double yellow and one oncoming lane.
