Though I'm pretty sure I'm going to pick an A5/S5M, this week I went around and narrowed done a list of six cars.

I don't really like the TT but I know my fiancée does (Her mom has one).
Any more thoughts now that I've narrowed it down?

I can't help but notice you're buying a car for you and not her man....
You just said you're buying an a5/s5m, but know she really likes the TT.

Buying a car for someone else, is kind of like buying a puppy for someone else.

Usually it's something a person would want to choose for themselves, but instead gets shoved down their throat.
You might buy her a brown lab, but she would have gotten a chow chow if it was up to her to choose.

Although it's a nice gift, it's inconsiderate.
Especially if you 2 are going to get married, maybe she wants a 4door to put kids in...

edit; it would be far less inconsiderate if you didn't intend to sell her existing car. (to replace it with a car of your choice.)
I don't know if you guys share finances or not, reguardless it doesn't seem like the best plan, and your execution appears questionable.

Trust me, she will be thrilled I do this and I know what she likes. We've looked at cars together before so I know what she likes and what she's into. I've put a lot of thought into this, asked her friends, parents, etc. and this is something she will love.

She wants to buy a new car and she wants a coupe/convertible. What I put that in my first post was what I learned from her. She wanted me to buy an A5 a couple years ago when I bought my CC so she could drive it lol. But I couldn't afford something like that back then.

I have multiple four doors already (I have a kid just not with her) so when that's an issue there will be cars there for her to take. And we don't just share finances, I bankroll everything because she's in school and has only just started working in something related to her school because it's essentially required for her program.
