Never know what kits are available. I saw a guy at the track last year in an EG Sedan with a K24 in it with an S2K tranny.

Ordering a kit doesn't mean bolt up and go, you still have to make your own holes for the motor mounts even if there is a company that makes the motor mounts. That's if the transmission fit's in there perfect too, which I doubt it does.

Either way, buying a transmission made for the car will be easier and less expensive.

Oh no, not make your own holes!

/e That second part is true, but Veng didnt know that the OBD2 ones came with a 6 speed.

Well the transmission itself is $6345, and if you want it to be compatible with a twin disk clutch then that's another $340 for the twin spline input shaft, and since it's apart I might as well throw in a quality 2 disc clutch which is another $2000 or so. All that plus about $800 in labor and that's close to a $10 grand upgrade.

Well cars aren't cheap, especially something like yours I know that.

But like imagine the price and the headache it would be to find/buy a transmission that's only like 5 years old, fit it to your motor and also the fabricating it would take in order to fit it. Plus the cost of the exact same upgrades you just mentioned.
