In all honesty you are better off just listening to the foreman. I can guarantee you he has met tons of people who can "talk cars" great, but still manage to rip the bead of a low profile tire the minute he puts them in front of a machine. The biggest advice I can give you is Don't Be Afraid to Stop and Ask.
I hate european cars because their refusal to use lugstuds instead of giant bolts on the wheels really pisses me off. The two things you should be most aware of is that most machines are powerful enough to rip a bead if you don't pay attention, and that many luxury rims are raise out slightly in the center which means if you put the tire arm right against the rim, you can scratch the fuck out of it. I'm positive he will mention both those issues so just pay attention.
