You didn't get a PTA for 40 over...?

I'd get a lawyer for that ticket and get that one beat if you can....that is not something you want on your record....

Pay a traffic lawyer to go. It was like $250 for one to go for me in essentially the same situation as you, got me off the hook.

good luck. with you getting a ticket like a couple weeks ago or w/e the judge might throw the book at you. they can arrest you on the spot for 25+ over the limit. i got pulled over in the s10 for a similar speed by a state trooper but he knocked it down to 74/55 so it wasnt a mandatory court appearance. i paid the fine and kept my nose clean for a few years after that.

with my experience with the police around here, it takes a few months for shit to show on the record so they wont even see that i have a prior ticket.

i know this because when i was home from the army on exodus about 7 years ago, i got two underage drinking tickets in one week when i was home. i got my licence suspended for 2 months.

welll i never even got the letter in the mail saying they were suspended until 2 weeks before suspension was up lol.. and i got pulled over for fast acceleration in my spirit r/t 2 weeks before that/so about a month into my suspension, and the cop never said a damn word about a suspension because it wasnt even on the books yet.

Lucky, in California, any thing over 92 can be considered attempted vehicular manslaughter, it's at the officers discretion.

Do you think each pill of ecstasy is a count of manslaughter too?
