Lucky, everytime I get pulled over by a female cop they act like they have something to prove and fine the shit out of me...

it wont affect ur insurance rate but youre going to have to pay more for u drivers licence .. or atleast this is how it was for me had to pay 150$ more than usual for my licence

umm not in wisconsin. its always been a flat rate as far as i know. its like 50 or 60$ for a renewal every like 6-8 years
