I paid $3500 for my wrx haha. I wouldn't want to learn on a track in a c5z anyways. Its way too much power, and not exactly confidence inspiring at the limit.

Yes and no, an awd car will perform much differently that a rwd car. Learning in a rwd car will most likely be much more beneficial.
WRXs are not really known for their reliability though either.
