Well I dug up a bit... I have a few questions..
Since its a 4bt, and not the 7.3L it was made for...would it be better to go with the diesel version, or gas version of the zf5? The gas version is cheaper, and easier to find.
This is going to take a while to nail it all down in theory before making the purchases.
