Grab a whole box of wintergreen toothpicks, the ones that are individually wrapped. It'll solve both issues, oral fixation, and the spitting habit. Also.. they taste good.

If you're going to do this use skoal cherry or cope southern blend. By far the two shittiest chew's i've ever encountered. And im a cope guy...

havnt tried anything from skoal but i too find southern bad. just too sweet.
