NN wet shot on an lsx unless you are shooting over 200.  Its 1 more solenoid to stick and fuck you up.  Tune it for a dry shot and you are golden.

Of course you know I'd love to see a BW S476 or a PT76GTS on it haha.

Well I figure this car will be pretty quick with just a v8 swap. So I plan to enjoy it basically stock. Plan on just ls6 intake, nice headers if they can fit, torque converter, and a good tune. Then it should be a fun track car I can enjoy. Later down the road add some spray, then when I am bored of that. I want to pull the motor. Maybe find a 6.0 instead at that point then build and boost. But that's a long way from now. And how fast I get bored of cars it may only get the first part heh. I picked up the parts I needed to repair my civic. Going to do it tomorrow, get it up for sale. And start looking for a nice fc rx7 as my shell. Civic will sell real fast where I am at being a vtec 5 speed coupe. So hopefully in the month I can find a shell. I am contacting the guy about the motor and such this week. So I can go see it run. Then find out all the parts I need off it for the swap.

Darn wish I had my civic already sold. I found a bone stock red 1987 turbo II 2500 OBO. Sure I could get it sub 2000.

The great thing about potentially getting this car is if I pull and sell the stock motor and tranny it will pay for itself almost since they sell for 1500 or so around me for the full turbo 2 swap

Maybe I will buy it any way. Just no garage space since my 240 comes back next week finally fixed.

There is no reason to pull that 5.3 in favor of a 6.0 for a turbo build in that light of a car. The 5.3 will hold the same or more power in stock form.

This
Only reason to go 6.0 is for the bore size but on a turbo setup it does not really mater unless you are going for insane power.
