doesnt sound to bad, ive never used easy outs . how was it time winse?

Seeing as me nor my buddy had ever used one before. Probably took 15 minutes without a clue to what we were doing.

As you can see the bolt was small. So we used the smalles drill bit to drill pilot hole, than the smallest tapper bit or draw( what ever it is ) drilled in straight, than began movin the drill in small slow circles. Once it broke free of my mess ( i chiped and gouged the aluminum bad ) it came right out

If i knew what i was doing. Maybe 5 minutes and its out from start to finish

Heat is the ONLY answer.

Whether it be from welding a bolt head to the stud or if its with an easy out and a torch.

No need for heat your not dealing with a rust fuzed bolt

Yea. Everything was clean and shiny still

Obv if i had a weldr that be first option. Take the same 15 min. But alot less stressful

7 inch pounds or foot pounds? Small chisel and hammer probably would of worked fast too. Especially since threads were clean. Also a small torch would of worked. Usually aluminum is very easy to heat and would expand faster than the bolt.
