This isnt a free gift lmao. The ONLY thing you could do is sell it private party or trade it in somewhere and instead of the loan being paid off you could keep the money. However, the loan still needs to be paid off with your bank.

You gained nothing other then a 5 dollar fee to take the lien holder off your title once its paid for.
