That's the X5 4.8, M sports package is not M haha. Your second picture (which I cannot see), the link shows X5 M sport which means its regular X5 with m sport package and also is 2011.
This one is 2007-2010 model.
X5 M has 4 round exhaust tips. X5 4.8 has two square exhaust tips, and X5 3.0 have a round exhaust tips.
