They have to be speed rated for 250+. Concessions must be made in the sidewall/grip department to make that possible. The driver shifted through a loss of traction while the car was already rotating. Thats bad news in anything.

right as the car jerks, he shifted. not only that but he should have just let off the gas until he got the car straitened out, not slam the breaks.
