just cancel ur current insurance if they dont help and find a new one before it appears on ur record.

it will go up after you sign up with another one, maybe thats why your a scammer. just scam your way through life.

if the bumper didnt break or crack the body shop will prob just replace foam and paint it if it has scratches.

but they will prob charge him for a new one. lol
