they finally got the inspection done.. said they estimate the repair cost at around 5500, u guys think this is a fair estimate??

you should of got your insurance to get you a car. also make sure you tell your insurance to sue the other one for compensation since you needed a car .

ya the rental issue worked out in the end, tho i had to go nearly a week w/o a car

ight be, I would still search around after you get the check and search for something cheaper! and pocket some $.

forget what there inspector said there in it to save the insurance company money, take it to mercedes and let them fix it with all OEM parts!
oh and if your neck hurts and you were seen at the hospital your get like $500-750 for pain and suffering.
