No. The premium package is $2500 more and comes with Nav, sunroof/moonroof, backup camera, and automatic headlights. The base still has the LCD touchscreen, but without navigation.

I like velosters. Steer clear of non turbo's though, they're plagued with problems.

In a real world application with a good driver I would say a manual car would still pull better MPG over an auto but as far as EPA estimates go a lot of newer autos are rated higher MPG than manual just like my focus.

it was both. hyundai has ownership in kia. that shouldnt affect the vehicle youre looking at though i think
