Decided to buy a plate bumper, ordered it with a 4 month lead time.. I was antsy. Arrived in mail and started the paint work soon after


As you can see it was in terrible shape, about 4 coats of primer and 4 coats of flat black later I was getting ready to install


Here was the tear down

Here is the finished product, painted the shackles red for contrast.


Wasn't complete without a winch though, let the teardown begin again. Had to move trans cooler, horns, T-stat bracket, and something else I can't remember atm.


Winch installed, but not operational.. yet

in his photo gallery he has a dark colored one. i wasn't sure if black or just poor lighting and blue.

then i went...what are the odds of another ginger taco owner on jsp?!

apparently they are pretty good.
