I have been looking at Mustangs a little bit.  Do you think the v8s arent worth the money?

17kish or less is what im looking to spend.

I'm just thinking more economically...if you desire lots of power and think you'll be able to rip it around at high speed alot then ya go v8...but the 2010+ v6 'stangs all have 310~ hp with massive torque, so they are still very fast for a dd type of vehicle (and your gas and insurance won't murder you)

Thanks for the feedback guys.
With my budget Ive been really considering just getting a newer honda civic.
They seem to be well made cars and decent on the pocket.

Saw one 2011 with 34k miles for 12k not to bad

take 12k, use as down payment on 2011 v6 mustang, profit.

V8 or gtfo. The only v6 mustangs worth buying are the 2011+ and I wouldn't even really consider them worth it due to the high price tags. For the same performance per dollar he could get an 05-09 model GT with the same power and mileage for much cheaper than a 2011+ v6.

I'd say buy a newer Honda with low miles if you won't be selling the car for at least 5 years.
Or Old Honda with lots of miles for now and then save up for a faster car.
