Which means instead of owning a slow, POS Dodge.
You own a slow, POS Dodge.

In all fairness, they go through transmissions every 10k miles so it might not even be that old :P

A guy I work with went through 3 new Dodges before he finally figured it out. One wasnt that bad reliability wise, just crappy in general. The next got stuck in park several times. The last had fuel filter problems that took 4 times to "fix" before he told them to take it back.

stock 0-60 in my 2006 charger R/T is 5.4-5.5 sec, not bad for 4100lb car. so not really slow at all. and thats just the 5.7 hemi.. the new 6.4 hemi's are beast mode under 4.5 sec :P

the 2013 wrx sti 0-60 is 5.6 seconds, just as a comparison lol.

its an acr viper. how about we let chevrolet build a special purpose corvette that is meant to be pretty much a track car only. they can take out all the creature comfort items that the viper doesnt have and everything.

depends on driver, i have a charger r/t, which is the road and track performance package / suspension upgrades. so probably the r/t ><

as for numbers, they pull the same G's and the skidpad. so based soley on that its a wash on cornering

who cares, its still a production line viper that you can buy/order from the factory and pay less for.

when driving a car like the viper, why the fuck would u want any creature comfort other then the roar of the engine? lol
the vette has all the useless things cuz 99% of the people that buy them are for status symbols anways and wont ever actually drive it hard.

Im sorry but I have never seen a viper driver even remotely drive his/her car near its potential. Now im not talking about a race car team owning a viper im talking about the 1/2 dozen people I have known over the years that owned one and drove it from time to time. If anything a viper is way more of a "status" car than a corvette. A guy that lived next to my grandma had 3x vipers and they all sat in his driveway 90% of the time and when they did leave he was the biggest bitch ever with them.

just found this interesting article. pretty much sums up everything youve ever heard about a viper. fast but only good as a track car.
