Every truck has its ups and downs no way around it.
I just look at it as why buy a truck for a decent engine, weak trans, front end, not a fan of any of the body styles
I prefer powerstrokes, but for sake of argument use chev,
a 6.6 proven engine with a proven transmission, and a great riding truck / nice looking truck
mechanical pump cummins > rest
a guy i went to school with had a 92 1 ton 12v and he used to go to the international tractor dealer and buy whatever parts he needed for the motor because it was cheaper through them lol
