If you look hard enough you can find a decently low mile example (< 50k)
Maintenance on these cars is high though, moreso than the 328i or 330i. I've been putting alot of research into these as of late because I want either an E90 sedan or coupe. From what I've seen reliability is better than that of an Audi, but not that great. For $20k I'd look into an Acura or Lexus....hell even a Maxima or Accord with luxury packages would be nice. Infiniti is also nice, as mentioned a G37 coupe goes for around 20k and those are packed with all kinds of goodies, plus 350 hp ~~
