Use some muscle? Even if a air gun puts it on you can still manually get it off. Put the bar on the nut and use your legs to loosen it..Stomp if you have to on the bar, itll do the trick unless your a woman.

I don't recommend stomping... inconsistent angle of pressure = you can break the lug... I did this to my Trooper when I was 15.

If you have a friend, you can carefully push the car to the compressor.... It won't end the world.
