you're right about the spoiler, but the lip and side skirts are painted.

the front lip may be painted and honda very well may have offered a factory front lip option but im still not sold. it is hard to tell because of the glare and the fact its black but thatlooks alot like a mugen front lip which was not an option in the US. i cant even see the side skirts, guess they look black.

I just copied the images location to see where it came from to try and get more info, and it says in the URL that its a replica mugen front lip. so no that is not OEM or an option.
