CNN said last night there was the one and another guy that was off duty.

That makes more sense. I guess the particular article I remembered this from was using undercover instead of off duty which confused the hell out of me. Off duty makes it more understandable, one of them was the guy in purple shirt punching the back window too.

Yeah that was the guy they charged. He said he didn't want to break cover. Then he said he didn't see the assault, then it went to no comment. They had him covered up leaving the courthouse.

Wow, thread's still alive. the biker who videotaped the whole thing and posted it online. good job!!! lmao. Without that, this would have been a much tougher case.

well aware of that fact. disgraceful that there were 3 cops there and they failed to intervene in this situation. they should be stripped of their title and fired.
