I have another hatch. it's a pos 93 cx I bought for $150.00 lol

My dad wants to store his PT Cruiser for the winter and drive my taurus. and since I leave for boot camp in Feb I went to this guy that sells all these eg's and i found one that ran like a champ, the int is prime, it's a white hatch, 5spd, but it has a lot of rust. I'm gonna junk it when I leave. I'll strip the int. and keep all the int. parts.

I plan on getting a set of 19's with low profiles and a set of 15's with bridgestones. Sell the 17's that are on it right now. I have a set of 14'' Axis wheels. they're badass but one of them is bent a little so it leaks air. I gotta get it fixed.

on pump gas 93 octane

it's a $70,000.00 car

No, No, it is not a $70k car.

He may be a complete idiot and somehow let a shop screw him out of ~$50k but that doesn't make it a $70k car.

With a 408 stroker you can go 10.8 with a mild heads/cam/Auto with a T-brake/9"/slicks/full bolt ons/barely any suspension work.

Even with the cost of a cage and everything it would barely cost $20k+price of the car(~$10k at the most these days, probably closer to $5k)

My friend Josh's camaro ran 10.60's with a 4 year old 402 stroker with cheap forged internals, mildly ported 5.3L truck heads, a big cam, nice bolt ons, a RMVB bult Turbo 400 with a T-brake and a 3400 stall built for a nitrous car, a moser 9", and QA1s/Suspension.

Hell, the car went 10.90's with the same setup after we swapped it over to a T56 WITHOUT him powershifting.

He's gone through 4 motors...

I'll go over to his place sometime soon and take pics of the whole car. It's still street legal too, A/c, radio, etc.

That means he has wasted that $70k because he is an idiot and he is using a shitty shop. LS1's are as reliable as engines get. A 408 to run 10.80's should only run you ~$6k completely built.
