Downpipe... Finally. Too bad it's mad low light. Love the look!

And I've been fooling with a first gen Mazda Miata/MX-5 A pillar gauge pod. Figuring out how I'm going to mount it, and where I need to trim for proper fitment.

4 pounds boost!!!!!

Four months ago, I freakin' dropped, nay... 'hucked', this boost gauge like 15 feet across the room when I was taking it out of the packaging. The thing was in there tight! And it finally popped out of cardboard cutout display with a vengeance! Landing soundly on the concrete floor of my garage. Now reads 4 pounds boost. Not going to even risk testing it, I'm buying a new one. Haha!

Top gauge pod will be filled by a AFR wideband O2 gauge.

Lookin' very good. Let us know how the gauge pod turns out. I'm a big fan of the convenience. When I bother to swap the stang I'll probably take the time to completely refab the gauge cluster and put temp/oil/boost on the pillar, or temp/oil/o2

Cleaning up lots of odds and ends today.

Nothing glamorous, but progress nonetheless.

Finished plumbing up my PCV system, fit up the exhaust and began taking measurements for hanger locations, began figuring out where I want my blow off valve to be, along with my GM IAT sensor.

Oh and some better pictures of the mazda miata gauge pod, and where it will be. I can't wait until I'm surrounded by all those gauges lit up!

I'm getting pretty excited.

Yeah the gauge retrofit was part of last winter's project. I LOVE em. And they light up blue when the lights are on.

Definitely worth the effort.
