Estimated bonus of $75,000/yr = monthly of 6250
Salary of ~6230 that I bring home
I pay about 5200/mo for my condo/apartment total est value of about 1.5m
1800/mo for University loans
and 1000/mo for misc expenses such as the gym, cellphone, investments

the audi lease is only about ~350/mo. Used my bonus last year to buy the Bentley since my loans didn't start until this year.
